GitHub is probably the easiest place to share your geospatial data, and If you are a student or are sharing with the general public, this solution is free of charge. Login to GitHub, and create a new repository (folder)
Give it a name, description, make it Public and Initialize it with a README file
Now simply add a file
Click your file to bring it into edit mode and then click RAW to get the RAW link to the file
copy the the web address (URL) and use it in your GIS
